A Vietnamese cyclist saved the life of a puppy that was drowning in the river in southern Vietnam. 21 year old Hoang Minh is a hero and savior of the tiny little puppy. The entire rescue was caught on Minh’s helmet camera.

“After taking the puppy from the water, I was very confused and just did what I did without thinking,” the hero cyclist told Vietnamese media, “I didn’t actually know the proper paramedic procedure,” he admitted.
Minh improvised by using a plastic bottle covered with tissue to help him give the dog air, after massaging the little dog’s body and attempting to get it breathing and conscious again.
The puppy was eventually resuscitated. Many have praised Minh’s responsiveness and kindness towards the animal.
